The story of how a family recipe from Amritsar became Ahmedabad's favourite gali.

Jai Pratap Singh, Founder of Kulche Wali Gali

It began in a Punjab kitchen

Our founder grew up watching their grandmother knead dough before sunrise, the whole street waking to the smell of fresh kulchas. That recipe — never written down, only felt — travelled with the family to Ahmedabad.

What started as a single cart is now a place where families gather, students linger, and first dates turn into anniversaries. The recipe hasn't changed. It never will.
